A good walk, 6.5 miles with some steep climbs to bring us to the top of Selsley Common where the views were splendid. Warm sunshine for most of the walk and a good meal when we arrived back at The Woolpack in Stonehouse.

Epney and Longney
We will drive to The Anchor at Epney from where Angie and Roger will lead us on a 5 mile walk.
The route takes us along the side of the River Severn to Longney, and back through woods and meadows. A flat walk with just a few stiles, and some long grass. Binoculars useful to identify birds if low tide.

Edge and Haresfield
Meet outside Nailsworth Library at 9.30am for a drive to Horsley, parking at The Hog.
A 5 mile walk starting at The Edgemoor Inn, walking through the Rudge Hill Nature Reserve, joining the Cotswold Way, through woodland to Haresfield Beacon.
Returning via the topograph, Bird in Hand and Scottsquar Hill and back to our starting point.
2 steep sections, but fine views, flowers and butterflies.
Lunch after the walk at The Edgemoor Inn, Edge.

Horsley and Kingscote
Meet outside Nailsworth Library at 9.30am for a drive to Horsley, parking at The Hog.
The 5 mile circular walk is undulating at first with a few steepish climbs and some stiles.
The return from Kingscote is flatter and mainly through woodland.
Be prepared for some mud and stinging nettles!
Lunch after the walk at The Hog at Horsley.
